Leesburg, 8.9 Yes, Duck Creek Golf Course is open to the public. Literally, the worst place ive ever played Golf. Couldnt putt on two because of the thick layer of dressing.More bare lies on the fairways than grass!Wont play there again and wont recommend it to anyone.
