They are very friendly and the place is super clean. I chose Impact because scraping and dry needling are services they offer. I was doing therapy at a different place for 7 months and was not getting better. Would highly recommend them for physical therapy especially for athletes. I love it here. Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Lauren has helped me with multiple injuries and is so knowledgeable. The therapy was a success as I was back to playing tennis at full strength afterwards. I have the tools I need to continue to strengthen my body. Ive seen Jack for several issues and he is great. Ive tried other PT outlets, and they are the best! The purpose of this review is to examine the literature regarding the biophysical effects of therapeutic ultrasound to determine whether these effects may be considered sufficient to provide a reason (biological rationale) for the use of insonation for the treatment of people with pain and soft tissue injury. I believe all of this contributed greatly to my recovery from my C-section and old injuries from a car accident. The therapists are friendly and they can get you to do and be where you need to be in your rehabilitation journey! I have a slight fear of needles and Brittni went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during treatment.Brittni and the team at IMPACT are fantastic! I was assigned to Chris, my therapist. He took the time to EXPLAIN what was causing my problems, evaluated them, and helped me work through the problems exercises that helped reduce and eliminated the pain in my muscles, and they WORKED!He explained what was happening if the pain was coming back, where it was coming from and how to release the tension causing the pain.Bob Griffin is fantastic. Having RA does not end; RA needs frequent sessions of care, whether weeks or months. About 3 weeks before a trip to Switzerland, I strained my right Achilles tendon and the soleus muscle in my right calf got very tight while running. When it hurt to bend over to wash my face I thought this was part of getting old. He makes you feel comfortable right away, and describes his assessment in ways you are able to understand.

He and Kamila worked with me to progress far enough that I wouldnt need a probable manipulation, eventually getting the ROM to 120 degrees, which seemed out of reach at the outset.I was also very impressed with the positive atmosphere and the camaraderie of the entire staff. I Have had PT at our local clinics and they last 20-30 min with minimal instruction on what we should be doing at home. Had physical therapy on my knee and back right before the trip and was able to shoulder a 35lb pack down and up more than 6,000 feet with no problems. Lisa, the very cordial and welcoming administrator at the front desk, always coordinated my visits to fit my schedule. Its such an outstanding facility as its very clean and spacious. My son had pre-op and post-op PT with Bob for a replaced patella tendon. They were very accommodating and the room was usually always ready for me to go in without waiting in the lobby.
